Q. What operating systems will it work on?
A. Windows 2000 all the way up to Windows 11. Server 2000 to Server 2019, Macs and Linux Machines
Q. Do I have to be online?
A. Yes. In order to connect to us you must be able to surf the Internet.
Q. What do I have to do to make it work?
A. Call first, then just click on the link above. After it downloads, double click the little program that gets downloaded and after ok'ing a few prompts, you will give me the connection number and that's it.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. It costs the exact same as an on-site call, (one hour minimum)
